Movie Dabangg 3 (2019) Review

Dabangg 3 is a 2019 Bollywood movie directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, and Nikhil Dwivedi. The movie stars Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Saiee Manjrekar, and Kichcha Sudeep in lead roles.

The movie is the third installment in the Dabangg franchise and follows the story of Chulbul Pandey, a brave and fearless police officer who is on a mission to take down a notorious criminal named Bali Singh. Along the way, he must also confront his past and deal with personal issues.

One of the strengths of Dabangg 3 is Salman Khan's performance as Chulbul Pandey. He brings his trademark charm and charisma to the role, and it's clear that he's having a lot of fun playing the character. Sonakshi Sinha also delivers a solid performance as Chulbul's wife, Rajjo.

However, the movie's storyline and pacing leave a lot to be desired. The plot is formulaic and predictable, and there are several unnecessary subplots that drag the movie down. The action scenes are well-choreographed but lack the excitement and energy of the previous installments.

Another issue with the movie is its treatment of female characters. Saiee Manjrekar's character is underdeveloped and exists primarily as a love interest for Chulbul. Additionally, there are several misogynistic jokes and comments throughout the movie that feel out of place and uncomfortable.

Overall, Dabangg 3 is a disappointing entry in the franchise. While Salman Khan's performance is enjoyable, the movie's weak plot and treatment of female characters make it difficult to recommend. If you're a die-hard fan of the Dabangg series, you may find some enjoyment in this movie, but otherwise, it's skippable.
